49th Annual Conference, November 7-9, 2012
Please plan on joining NAEPC & The NAEPC Education Foundation this November in Orlando, Florida. Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa Reservations
A special block of rooms has been reserved for 49th Annual Conference attendees at the hosting property, Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa. The NAEPC room rate is $155 (single/double occupancy) and includes the daily resort fee, which offers in-room internet service, self-parking, and the fitness center at no additional charge. Please note, overnight reservations must have been made by Friday, October 12, 2012 to guarantee the group rate. Reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis after this time.
UPDATE: As of October 31, 2012, it is best to make reservations by calling the hotel's in-house department directly. Requests will be accommodated on a space-available basis until the 49th Annual Conference begins. To make reservations, please call 407-827-2727 and ask to speak to the in-house reservations department.
*A credit card is required to confirm a reservation. A one night’s room deposit plus tax (12.5%) will be charged at the time of booking. Guest must cancel at 5 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night’s deposit plus tax.

Continuing Education Credit
The 49th Annual Conference offers up to 15 hours of continuing education credit. Individual states determine the total number of credits awarded.
- The following credit will been requested in all states: insurance, legal, accounting, CFP, CTFA, and PACE for Thursday, November 8, 2012 and Friday, November 9, 2012.
- The 49th Annual Conference is approved for 16.5 hours of Accredited Estate Planner designation credit.
Approval status for your discipline, designation, or state can be monitored can be monitored HERE.
*Continuing education credit for the 49th Annual Conference is administered by the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

SHARED RIDE SHUTTLE - NAEPC has arranged for special discounts for shared shuttle service with Mears Motor Shuttle from November 3 – 12, 2012. The fee is $195 / Accredited Estate Planner or Estate Planning Law Specialist designees or members of an affiliated local council and $245 / non-members.
