The conference educational sessions are for every member of every estate planning council and all estate planning professionals regardless of membership status.  The Annual Conference offers an opportunity to cultivate important new multi-disciplinary relationships while collaborating on cutting edge ideas and trends.

The Council Leadership Conference

The post-conference sessions, also known as the “Council Leadership Conference”, will begin at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 and conclude at approximately 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 24, 2024. Our time together will include "learning pods" (small, topic-based workshops where council leaders share topic-based experiences, best practices, and learn from one another), sessions for councils of like-size, an evening reception honoring the councils receiving annual awards, and additional time during the evening of Wednesday, October 23, 2024 to spend time with other leaders. 

Who should attend?  The Council Leadership Conference is for volunteer leaders and staff executives of estate planning councils affiliated with NAEPC.  NAEPC recommends sending at least one officer at the vice-president level or under and the council's executive.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

Register by August 12th for Early Bird Savings!
Regular pricing applies to registrations received August 13 - September 24 and late pricing applies to registrations received September 25th or later.

Cancellation / Transfer: A request for a cancellation / transfer must be received via email to conference@naepc.org. A full refund for a cancellation will be granted if notice is received on or before 09/20/24. Those who cancel between 09/21/24 and 10/04/24 will forfeit a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after 10/04/24 for any reason; requests to transfer registration to another individual will be accommodated.
